A massive search and rescue operation is underway in China's Yangtze River after a ship with with hundreds of people aboard sank during a tropical storm.
The Chinese Prime Minister is heading to the scene, but China's state news agency says only 9 people are believed to have been rescued so far. (EDS: WATCH FOR DATING)
