Boston terror suspect believed to be radicalized

A top Homeland Security official said the man who was shot and killed
by Boston law enforcement on Tuesday had been "communicating with and
spreading ISIS propaganda online."

According to authorities, officers approached him believing the threat
he posed was "imminent".
