Ex-director of Louvre Museum charged with trafficking artworks

A former director of the Louvre Museum in Paris has been charged with conspiring to hide the origin of archaeological treasures.

Investigators suspect the works were smuggled out of Egypt in the chaos of the Arab Spring, according to French media.

Family members of victims in Uvalde screamed at police officers to enter the school

Hospital Fire Kills 11 Newborn Babies in Senegal

Eleven newborn babies were killed in a fire in the maternity department of a Senegalese hospital.

Australia - Stolen First Nations art to be returned

Two pieces of Australian First Nations art will soon be back in the hands of the Wurundjeri people, after disappearing to Switzerland more than a century ago.
