From there, he'll likely ride in a motorcade to Hanoi.

Safety may not be the only consideration for train and not plane.
A former presidential advisor in Seoul said it's strategic.
According to Tak Hyeon-min, Kim's luxury train-ride puts his journey in the news.
And, says Tak, it highlights that train travel is possible from Pyongyang to Hanoi…

MPs in the UK will have a fresh vote on the Brexit deal by the 12th March.
Prime Minister Theresa May announced the decision as she travelled to an EU-Arab League summit in Egypt. Mrs May has ruled out holding another so-called "meaningful vote" this week.
