More than 10 killed in Ukraine clashes

More than 10 people have been killed in Ukraine during fresh clashes
between government forces and Russian-backed separatists.

Close to 10,000 people have died in the conflict and this escalation
in violence comes just weeks after a ceasefire was renewed.

Trump accuses top Democrat of crying "fake tears" over immigration restrictions

President Trump is accusing a top Democrat in the US Senate of crying "fake tears" over the immigration restrictions introduced last week.


Charles Schumer, the Democrats' leader in the US Senate, teared up during a news conference on Sunday.


But during a meeting with small business owners at the White House, the President claimed the Senator's behavior was "fake".

Trump returns to Twitter to defend immigration order

U.S. President Trump is downplaying the number of people detained under his immigration executive order, which suspends entry for migrants from seven Muslim-dominated countries.

Returning to Twitter on Monday, the U.S. president insisted that only 109 people were blocked by the restrictions, saying 325,000 people had been cleared by customs.

President Trump also stated there was 'nothing nice' about searching for 'terrorists'- referring to nationwide protests over the move.

Turkish and Greek warships face off in Aegean
