Moscow has threatened Kyiv with a massive strike if it disrupts the Red Square military parade planned on Saturday as part of celebrations of the victory over Nazi Germany during World War II. It advised foreign countries to evacuate diplomatic and other staff from Kiev. Kiev had earlier dismissed Russia-proposed Victory Day ceasefire as cynical, accusing Moscow of violating the short-term truce President Zelensky had proposed from May 5-6. The warning comes as mutual strikes by both sides continue, raising risks of the conflict flaring up. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
