Kremlin says decline in India's oil imports from Russia may be "brief"

The Kremlin says that India's imports of Russian oil may only decline temporarily amid Western sanctions on Moscow.

The comments come as Russian Vladimir Putin is set to arrive in New Delhi on Thursday for a two-day visit.

Trump repeats threat that land strikes in Venezuela are imminent; says attacks could be expanded to other countries

US President Donald Trump has repeated his threat to carry out land attacks on Venezuela, as he defended strikes on alleged drug boats in the Caribbean Sea. US Homeland Security calls for "full travel ban" on "invaders"

First seasonal storm put millions of Americans under winter weather advisory

Tens of millions of Americans have been under a winter weather advisory as the first storm of the season dumped snow and ice across the US northeast and mid Atlantic .


The storm will strengthen rapidly into a bomb cyclone as it moves up New England but the strongest winds are expected on Canada's Atlantic coast.

Russia - US Talks On Ukraine
