REPORT SLAMS "SQUANDERED" BILLIONS ON HOTEL ASYLUM ACCOMMODATION

The UK Home Office, which is responsible for providing accommodation for asylum seekers, "squandered" billions of dollars on "flawed contracts" and "incompetent delivery."

That's according to a new report by the British Parliament's Home Affairs Committee which scrutinises how the country's interior ministry works.
