Security guarantees for Ukraine will be high on the agenda at a
virtual meeting of NATO chief of defense later on Wednesday.

President Donald Trump has suggested the U.S. could contribute to this
but has ruled out sending American forces to join any potential
reassurance force.

Heavy rains wreak havoc on India's financial capital
