Rwanda's Minister of Foreign Affairs says the Democratic Republic of Congo must demonstrate its willingness to dismantle a Rwandan militia group known as the FDLR in eastern DRC in order for Rwanda to lift its "defensive measures" in the DRC. Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe made the remarks in Rwanda's parliament during the ratification of a US-brokered peace accord between the DRC and Rwanda. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.

Google to invest $6bn in data centre in south India - Report
