Thai fighter jet bombs Cambodian targets as border battle escalates

Columbia University pays $200m settlement to Trump administration

The University of Columbia in the State of New York has agreed to pay
more than $200 million dollars to the Trump administration in exchange
for the restoration of the majority of its funding.

This is after the government withdrew $400 million dollars of funding
from the Ivy League institution, claiming it failed to curb
antisemitism amongst students protesting Israel's war in Gaza.

Passenger plane with 49 onboard crashed in Russia’s Far East region

A soviet-made An-24 plane carrying 43 passengers and 6 crew members crashed in Russia's Far East Amur region bordering China. The jet was in service since 1976, but was reportedly in good technical condition and passed pre-flight service before takeoff. Obama responds to Trump Treason allegation

Barack Obama has hit back at Donald Trump after he accused the former President of fabricating intelligence showing Russia tried to help Mr Trump win the 2016 US election.
