UK Fighter Jet Stranded In India For Five Weeks Flies Back Home

UK Government Launches Crackdown On People Smugglers

People smugglers could have their assets frozen and be banned from entering the UK, as part of a new crackdown on illegal immigration.


Reducing the number of migrants crossing the English Channel from France has been a key aim of successive governments.

Lawsuit in France relating to airbags responsible for at least 60 deaths in 11 countries

A class action lawsuit has been brought in France against Stellantis, the owner of Citroen cars.

In June, France ordered all people using C3 and DS3 cars to take their cars off the road after fatal accidents involving flying metal parts from Takata airbags used in Stellantis models.

HARVARD ARGUES WHITE HOUSE VIOLATED CONSTITUTION OVER FUNDING FREEZE

Harvard University lawyers argued in a Boston court on Monday that the Trump administration blatantly violated the U.S. Constitution by freezing federal funding.

NOT GUILTY PLEA ENTERED FOR MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING DAUGHTER IN UPSTATE NEW YORK

A not guilty plea has been entered on behalf of a Canadian man accused of murdering his 9-year-old daughter, Melina, in upstate New York over the weekend.

Police say 45-year-old Luciano Frattolin called 911 on Saturday night, claiming that men had abducted his daughter after he pulled over in a parking lot to go to the bathroom.

Major Changes To Water Industry Proposed In England

A major report into the water industry in England and Wales says the regulator Ofwat should be scrapped.


The Independent Water Commission has made a total of 88 recommendations to turn around the troubled sector.


The UK has long been plagued by polluted waterways, rising bills and aging infrastructure.


Some campaigners say the changes are meaningless, and the industry won't be fixed unless it's nationalised.

Three Los Angeles deputies killed in explosion at training facility

At least three sheriff's deputies were killed and another person injured in an explosion Friday morning at a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department facility. 

The blast occurred as deputies were reportedly handling explosive materials recovered during a recent bomb call.
