Jurors in the trial of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs are continuing to deliberate on Wednesday after revealing they've reached verdicts on the majority of the charges.

Despite that, the judge told the panel to keep deliberating until they've decided on all the charges, including the most significant.

Report Finds ‘Catastrophic Failure’ That Shut UK’s Largest Airport Caused By Problem Found 7 Years Earlier

A new report investigating the power outage that shut London Heathrow Airport earlier this year, disrupting an estimated 270,000 journeys, has found the cause was a problem first detected seven years earlier. 

The "catastrophic failure" of equipment caused a fire to break out at an electrical substation which supplies the UK's largest and busiest airport. 

The report found that the failure was most likely caused by moisture entering the equipment, and that elevated moisture levels were first detected in 2018,

It also found that maintenance was postponed on the equipment in 2022.

Fintan Slye CEO of the National Energy System Operator, the organisation behind the findings, says it was a missed opportunity by the National Grid.
