France's Finance Minister says the US-EU trade war is "idiotic" — and that he will travel to the United States in the next few days to try to "bring the tension down."

President Trump has threatened a 200% on French wine and spirits if the EU doesn't rescind its own retaliatory tariff on US goods, imposed after the US imposed higher tariffs on European steel.

Duterte makes first court apearence

The former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has made his first
appearance at the International Criminal Court.

The 79-year-old appeared via video link from his detention center in

Report: U.S. and Israeli officials spoke to East African countries about resettling Gazans
