World braces for even more Trump tariffs

The Canadian government says it will retaliate in a "clear and calibrated" way to the latest tariffs announced by US President Donald Trump, after he confirmed he's imposing a 25% import tax on steel and aluminium entering the United States from 12th March.

Canada is the top exporter of both metals to the US, and calls the move "unjustified."

But President Trump believes these policies will help protect jobs and industries stateside, even if it raises prices for ordinary Americans.
