US returns two Bali bomber Guantanamo detainees

The Pentagon has released two detainees held at the Guantanamo Bay
facility back to Malaysia.

Mohammed Farik bin Amin and Mohammed Nazir bin Lep had admitted
carrying out war crimes for the Al Qaeda affiliate group that was
responsible for the 2002 Bali bombing.

Amazon workers to strike

Thousands of Amazon workers in the United States are gearing up to go on strike from tomorrow (Thursday) over the tech giant's refusal to begin contract negotiations.

It follows a Congressional investigation which this week found the company pushes its workforce to fulfil orders at speeds that could cause high rates of injury. Amazon claims those findings are "wrong" and featured "selective, outdated information that isn't grounded in reality."
