Famous satirical site buys infamous conspiracy site in United States

The Onion — an American satirical news company — will take control over Alex Jones's media empire after winning a bankruptcy auction.


The website has repeatedly spoofed Jones, a notorious conspiracy theorist, and his far-right online platform InfoWars. 


The Onion plans to close down InfoWars and make it into a parody of itself.

Biden begins six-day visit to Peru and Brazil

US President Joe Biden begins his six-day visit to Peru and Brazil on Thursday for the final major international summits of his presidency.

Washington Post: Israel pushing for Lebanon ceasefire deal as "gift" to Donald Trump


The Washington Post is reporting that Israel wants to make a Lebanon ceasefire deal as a "gift" to Donald Trump when he takes over as U.S. President in January.

US Senators pick new leader
