US confirms North Korean troops now in Russia

North Korean troops are now in Russia, the United States confirmed on Wednesday.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin told reporters there is "evidence" of soldiers in the region.

Independent Review Of UK Water Industry

An independent review of the UK water industry is being set up, after public outcry over bills and sewage pollution.

Abolishing the regulator Ofwat is among the options that'll be considered by the commission. It's also expected to focus on regulation, infrastructure and cleaning up Britain's lakes, rivers and seas.

IMF lays out growth forecasts in report

The International Monetary Fund has raised its growth forecasts for the United States, but cut them for China, warning of risks from conflicts, trade wars and high interest rates.
