Biden announces $8 billion in military aid for Ukraine as he meets Zelensky

US President Joe Biden has announced $8 billion in new military assistance for Ukraine to help it defend itself against Russia's invasion.


It comes as the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky is in Washington meeting Biden and democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris.

NEW YORK MAYOR ERIC ADAMS CHARGED WITH BRIBERY AND FRAUD

New York Mayor Eric Adams has been indicted by federal prosecutors -
who say he sought and accepted illegal campaign contributions,
charging him with bribery and fraud.
The unsealed indictment alleges that foreign nationals who had

Hurricane Helene bears down on Florida

Harris & Trump head to swing states Wednesday

Presidential election rivals Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are both hitting swing states today as they remain neck and neck in the polls.
