Russia’s Putin greets Paletsine’s Abbas in Moscow

Talks between the Presidents of Russia and Palestine took place at Vladimir Putin's residence outside the capital. Putin said that Moscow is watching the events in Palestine with "great pain and concern" and reiterated the need to create a full-fledged Palestinian state. New evacuation order as wildfire burns near Athens


Local authorities have issued a new evacuation order for a coastal area east of Athens, as wildfires continue to burn in Greece.

The rape and murder of a medic has triggered a pan-India strike by doctors.

All non-emergency services at government hospitals in more than ten states have been halted, hitting medical care for millions.
