Judge to make decision on Trump gag order
the judge overseeing his criminal hush money case is unconstitutional.
At a hearing on Tuesday prosecutors accused the former president of
violating the order 11 times during recent weeks.
Judge Juan Mercan is yet to make a ruling on whether Trump's actions
warrant a fine or even prison time.
