Largest U.S. fresh egg producer pauses production at Texas plant due to bird flu

A large U.S. egg producer is temporarily halting production at a Texas plant due to an outbreak of bird flu found in its chicken flock. It comes after a human was found to have the virus likely caught from cattle, and other states have detected the illness in poultry and livestock.

Polls favour Trump in Biden re-match as both win big in votes to choose Presidential nominee

US President Joe Biden and his rival for the White House Donald Trump have both swept to more comprehensive victories as part of America's process to pick the country's candidates for the election later this year. 


The two men, vying for the Oval Office again, won the primary votes in four states on Tuesday, with neither facing any major challenge on the ballot having already secured enough delegates to clinch their respective party's nominations.

White House “outraged” over aid worker deaths in Gaza
