Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make his first visit to Indian administered Kashmir since his government revoked the region's special status in 2019.

Article 370 of the Indian constitution granted significant autonomy to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, including the right to have its own legislature and laws.

Experts say Modi's visit will set the tone for his party's campaign in the Muslim-majority region, just weeks before India's election schedule is announced.

Big Super Tuesday wins for US Presidential favourites

Both Joe Biden and Donald Trump have swept to multiple decisive primary victories on what's known as Super Tuesday — when millions voted in more than a dozen US states to pick each party's nominee for the Presidential election later this year.

Biden created some history by suffering a small hiccup in the territory of American Samoa. However the current and former Presidents came top in nearly all states on the ballot, giving them practically insurmountable leads over their respective rivals, and setting up a likely re-match between the two men at the polls in November.
