Russian military plane carrying 65 Ukranian POWs for exchange crashed near border

A Russian transport plane has crashed in the southern Belgorod region close to the Ukrainian border. Russian officials say all 74 people on board were killed, including 65 captured military personnel it says were being transported for a prisoner exchange.
