Nominations for the Golden Globes have been announced, with Barbie, Oppenheimer and Succession dominating the list.


The prestigious film and TV awards ceremony will air on January 7.

Jury to decide Rudy Giuliani's fate in defamation lawsuit

Ukrainian President visiting DC amid funding fight

UK CONSERVATIVE PARTY LAWMAKERS TO DETERMINE POSITION ON SAFETY OF RWANDA BILL

Factions of the UK Conservative Party are meeting on Monday to determine if they should support Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's flagship 'Safety of Rwanda' bill.

EU ministers hoping to break Ukraine deadlock and discussing Israel sanctions

COP-28 Climate Summit Nears Conclusion

As the COP-28 climate summit nears a conclusion, there are calls for all involved to be as ambitious as possible.


Disagreements continue around whether countries should agree to 'phase out' fossil fuels rather than 'reduce' them.


There's also a growing movement for countries to triple their use of renewable energy by 2030.


Many climate experts have warned that without immediate and drastic action, the aim of limiting climate warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius will become impossible.

India's Supreme Court upholds repeal of Kashmir's special status

India's Supreme Court has rejected petitions that challenged the revocation of special status for the region of Jammu and Kashmir.

But it has held that elections in the region must be conducted by September next year.

In 2019, India's government revoked Article 370 of the constitution that had given significant autonomy to the region- including a separate flag and the right to make its own laws.

Michigan high school shooter sentenced to life with parole
