WeWork expected to file for bankruptcy amid mounting debts

New York-based WeWork, the office-sharing rental company, reportedly
plans to file for bankruptcy as early as next week.

The company which was once valued at $47bn has struggled as more
workers have shifted to remote working.

First civilians leave Gaza

The first civilians have left the Gaza Strip, leaving the enclave by
the Rafah crossing with Egypt.

It's the first time in more than three weeks of bombardment by Israel
that people have been able to leave.

Around 20 Palestinians and 110 dual nationals have entered Egypt.

Hundreds more could leave by the end of Wednesday.

Serbian President calls snap elections for December


Serbia's President Aleksander Vucic has dissolved parliament and called snap elections for next month, in a bid to shore up his support.

Afghan Special Forces Abandoned By The UK Hunted Down and Murdered By Taliban, Investigation Says

Afghan Special Forces soldiers who fought with the coalition against the Taliban, have been hunted down and murdered after being abandoned by the UK.

An investigation by British news outlets has revealed that dozens of elite Afghan soldiers have been murdered after being left behind following the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan in 2021.

Egypt-Gaza border crossing opens to select injured Palestinians and foreign nationals

The land border between Gaza and Egypt has been opened for critically injured Palestinians and some foreign nationals on Wednesday - the first time anyone has been allowed to leave since Hamas attacked Israel over three weeks ago.
