Papers from his time as Vice-President were found in his home and a think-tank he founded in Washington DC.
The president's team says he had voluntarily granted the two-day interview, and is cooperating fully with the investigation.

Rallies have taken place across the United States relating to the crisis in the Middle East.
For the second day running, supporters of Israel and Palestine clashed outside the Israeli consulate in Manhattan.
President Biden will speak later today from the White House about what he's called the "hostage crisis" in Gaza, where several Americans are among the hostages seized by Hamas from Israel over the weekend.

The US says it's providing advice to Israel about "hostage rescue efforts" after Hamas threatened to execute people seized in Israel over the weekend and forced back to the Gaza Strip.
Several Americans are believed to be among the captives.

As the Israel-Gaza conflict continues, reports citing an official UK source suggest that more than 10 British Citizens may be feared killed or missing, in the region.
So far 3 British men have been named by their families as having been killed, with a further man reported missing following the attack by hamas militants.
