Developing countries call for more support from their developed colleagues

World leaders participated in a UN High-level Dialogue on Financing
for Development in New York on Wednesday.
The aim of the summit is to present solutions on how to better unlock
finances and support between developed and developing countries.

Ukraine and Russia spar at high-level UN Security Council meeting

No change to interest rates in US, central bank announces

The US Federal Reserve has decided not to raise interest rates again on Wednesday, following a series of hikes that took the cost of borrowing to a 22-year high. 


But Chair Jerome Powell says he's still willing to tighten monetary policy in the future in a bid to bring down inflation, hinting that rates might also be staying higher for longer.

UK PM Rishi Sunak Announces Climate Change Policy Delays


Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has announced major shifts to the UK's climate change targets on Wednesday, delaying a number of the country's 'Net Zero' policies.

NYC daycare operator where child died from Fentanyl exposure, called husband before 911 per prosecutors

The operator of a New York City day care center where a 1-year-old boy after apparently being exposed to fentanyl tried to cover up her involvement in a drugs operation according to prosecutors. 

Grei Mendez and a relative, Carlisto Acevedo Brito, are facing federal drugs charges, having already been charged with murder in a state court.

After riots delay, Charles III finally begins state visit to France

First cargo ship carrying Ukrainian grain arrives in Romanian waters

UK INFLATION DROPS
