Markets stall amid inflation stats

The US's main markets indices traded near flat on Thursday, despite inflation rising at a less than expected rate. 


New figures show consumer prices Stateside gaining 3.2% from a year ago — an increase, yes, but lower than predicted, and a sign that inflation has lost at least some of its grip on the economy, as Benji Hyer reports.

Trump staff pleads not-guilty in classified docs casee

Donald Trump's body-man Walt Nauta has pleaded not guilty to new criminal charges brought in a case investigating the former US President's alleged mishandling of classified documents. 


Mr Nauta appeared in federal court in Florida on Thursday, but the arraignment for his co-defendant Carlos De Oliveira was postponed because he still doesn't have a lawyer in the state.
