UNSG: Climate Change now out of control

Speaking to journalists at the UN Headquarters on Thursday, Guterres
called on countries to immediately reduce their carbon emissions,
saying delaying it any further will be catastrophic.
The Secretary General's comments come as the hottest global
temperature ever recorded occurred this week.

US markets react to hints of interest rate hikes
More interest rate hikes should be expected in the United States, according to the US Federal Reserve.
Minutes of a meeting, released on Wednesday, show officials at the central bank agreeing that further policy tightening lies ahead, albeit at a slower pace than the rapid increases in the past year.
