Vodafone and Three Announce UK's Biggest Mobile Phone Operator Merger

Mobile networks Vodafone and Three UK have agreed a merger that would create the biggest phone operator in the country. 


The £15bn (19bn USD) deal between Vodafone and Three owners CK Hutchinson combines the UK's third and fourth largest networks. 


However the companies will now face the challenge of winning the approval of competition regulators in order to approve the deal.

Republicans weigh in after Trump arraignment

Several Republican heavyweights have criticised charges brought
against Donald Trump related to alleged mishandling of classified
documents.

UK Economy Growing According to Latest Figures

The UK economy has returned to growth, according to the latest figures. 


GDP increased by 0.2% for the month of April, following a 0.3% contraction in March 


However, the three months to April only saw an expansion of 0.1%.
