Foreign ministers from the eight member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation are arriving in the western Indian state of Goa for meetings.

Countries including Russia, China, India, and Pakistan are part of the political, economic, and security bloc. But this comes as India's relationship with China and Pakistan has soured in recent years.

Fed raises interest rates 0.25%

Manhunt underway for Atlanta gunman

A manhunt is underway in the US city of Atlanta for a gunman who
opened fire in a medical center.

One person was killed in the attack and another four injured, three of
them critically.

Police have identified the suspect as 24-year-old Deion [PRON Day-on]
Patterson and say he fled the scene after carjacking a vehicle.

Ukraine denies Putin drone assassination
