SWEDEN CONDUCTS LARGEST MILITARY DRILLS IN 25 YEARS

Major military drills are getting underway in Sweden - the largest held by the Scandinavian nation in decades. 

The exercises come as Sweden looks to join the NATO military alliance after it opted to end its policy of non-alignment in May last year following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

UK energy firms banned from forcibly installing energy meters for the over-85s’

Britain's energy firms will no longer be allowed to forcibly enter the homes of customers over the age of 85 in order to fit prepayment meters. That's under a new code of conduct agreed by energy companies and enforced by the UK's energy watchdog Ofgem. But campaigners say the new rules should be mandatory rather than simply guidelines. Nigeria Becomes Second Country to Approve R21 Malaria Vaccine

Taiwan to Buy 400 Harpoon Missiles from US

Reports say Taiwan will purchase as many as 400 anti-ship missiles from the US to repel any potential Chinese invasion.

White man charged with shooting Black teen who mistakenly rang his doorbell

Prosecutors in the US state of Missouri have announced charges against a white man in his eighties, who is accused of shooting a black teenager.

Libel trial between Fox News and voting company Dominion delayed 24 hours
