US leaker worked on military base, friends claim

The person responsible for a massive leak of top secret US government documents worked on an American military base, according to his online acquaintances. 


Investigations from the Washington Post newspaper and the journalism group Bellingcat reveal how the individual in their 20s is a gun enthusiast and the leader of a group of two dozen far-flung young men who communicate in a forum on the gaming chat platform Discord, where the files were shared.

Jury selection underway in Fox News defamation suit

US inflation cooled in March

US inflation cooled last month, according to new data. 


The Consumer Price Index climbed five percent in the year through March, down from six percent in February. 


Core CPI, which excludes volatile food and energy prices, rose 5.6% year-over-year.
