Britain’s Home Secretary Suella Braverman has hit back at allegations the UK government is breaking international law with its new immigration plan- which would effectively block illegal immigrants from seeking asylum.

The UN has described the British government’s proposals as “very concerning”, while critics in the UK say there’s a strong chance the plan my contravene the European convention on human rights.

French workers hold second consecutive day of pension strikes

N Korea nuclear activity "troubling" - IAEA

Surviving Americans kidnapped in Mexico returned to US

Two Americans kidnapped in Mexico have been returned safely to Texas -

Five women have sued the state of Texas over its near total ban on abortion - the first such lawsuit since the US Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade last year.

New intelligence suggests pro-Ukrainian group attacked Nord Stream Pipelines

New intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group was responsible for the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines, according to reporting by the New York Times.

It says there is no evidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, or his top lieutenants, were involved in last year's sabotage of the pipelines carrying gas from Russia to Germany.

NYT ANONYMOUS SOURCES CLAIM PRO-UKRAINIANS BLEW UP NORD STREAM
