The Police chief of the US city of Memphis has warned against a violent reaction to the release of body cam footage of the police confrontation with a black man who died three days after a traffic stop.

Ukraine's allies are set to meet in Brussels to coordinate on military aid next month at NATO headquarters, the alliance has announced.
