Texas Republican launches effort to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas

A Texas Republican has launched an effort to impeach Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, amid a crisis at the U.S. southern border.

Representative Pat Fallon filed the impeachment articles late Monday, wasting no time on a promise to attempt to boot the Secretary from office.

French government outlines plan to raise retirement age to 64

The French prime minister has outlined the government's plan to gradually raise the retirement age from 62 to 64.

White House announces new agreements ahead of "3 amigos" summit in Mexico

Updated guidelines for obese children now includes surgery

Weight loss surgery and drugs are now being recommended for obese children and teens in the United States.

The American Academy of Pediatrics' new guidelines says that more aggressive treatment is needed to address one of the most common chronic diseases in children.  

An estimated 15 million adolescents in the US are considered obese.

Prince Harry's memoirs have gone on sale around the world, with some fans in the United Kingdom waiting in line overnight to buy a copy.


The long-awaited autobiography, Spare, details the prince's strained relationship with the Royal Family and his reasons for moving to the USA with his wife Meghan Markle.
