UN team investigating if Russian infrastructure attacks in Ukraine constitute war crimes
A United Nations team of investigators is assessing whether recent Russian attacks on Ukrainian critical infrastructure amount to war crimes.
The United Nations Human Rights Council established a commission of enquiry to investigate alleged abuses in Ukraine in March of this year.
Attacks on energy facilities have plunged parts of the war-torn country into darkness in recent weeks.
