Pressure piles on Trump with FBI and NY investigations
The US Justice Department can, pending an appeal, continue reviewing classified records seized by the FBI from former President Donald Trump's Florida home.
That's according to a three-judge federal appeals panel which sided with the Justice Department, blocking a ruling that would have delayed the criminal investigation into the highly sensitive documents found at his Mar-a-Lago estate, as Benji Hyer reports.

U.S. sanctions Iran's morality police for abuse against women, as protests grow

Chinese space team takes top accolade at the IAF Space awards in Paris
The team in charge of the ambitious Tianwen-1 mission to Mars has won the international astronautical federation's most prestigious prize at the annual space awards, held in Paris this week.

It's a feat that has only been achieved twice- getting wheels on the Red Planet, Mars.
China's space ambitions are clearly coming ahead in leaps and bounds, with the IAF saying the Tianwen-1 team has made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of deep space exploration technology.
The Tianwen-1 scientists telling the crowd when accepting Wednesday's award, that they're planning further missions- also inviting scientists from other countries to join them as they continue to explore deep space.

Protests spread in Iran over woman's death in custody
At least eight people have been killed in violent protests that have spread across Iran following the death of a woman who was detained for allegedly not wearing her hijab properly.

Floods wash hundreds of bodies from Nigerian cemetery

The world is failing the people of Myanmar: UN Special Rapporteur
Speaking to journalists in Geneva, Tom Andrews said atrocities are being committed in Myanmar; he warned the human rights situation is worsening and said people are enduring "living hell."
