Ukrainian President addresses UN on anniversary of invasion

Vlododymyr Zelenskyy has told the United Nations that the security of
the whole world depends on the safety of Ukraine.

He was speaking at a Security Council meeting to mark the six month
anniversary of the Russian invasion.

Calls to raise the UK minimum wage with inflation soaring and set to worsten

The UK's Trades Union Congress wants the minimum wage across the nation should rise to £15 an hour instead of £9.50.

Fresh fighting in Ethiopia North

RUSSIAN DEFENCE MINISTER SAYS MILITARY SLOW-DOWN “DELIBERATE”

Former police officer pleads guilty to helping falsify warrant that led to Breonna Taylor shooting

A former police detective has pleaded guilty to aiding another officer in falsifying a search warrant that was used in the raid on Breonna Taylor's house in Louisville, Kentucky.

The operation in March 2020 ultimately led to Taylor, a black woman, being shot by police which along with the killing of George Floyd sparked protests across America.
