Dow falls more than 600 points in worst day since June

US markets have had their worst day since June with the Dow dropping
more than six hundred points.

Analysts are predicting a volatile week for the markets ahead of the

Anthony Fauci stepping down as U.S. infectious disease chief

The U.S.'s top infectious disease expert is stepping down.

Dr. Anthony Fauci announced on Monday that he will leave his post as White House chief medical advisor and head of the National Institue of Allergy and Infectious Disease in December.

Fauci has advised seven presidents but didn't become a household name until the COVID-19 pandemic - when he often clashed with former president Donald Trump over the U.S. response to the virus.

Cheney vows to continue fight against "election deniers"
