S Korea offers major aid to North in exchange for denuclearization

South Korea is offering the North money in exchange for denuclearization.

Marking the country's 77th anniversary of liberation from Japanese occupation on Monday, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol offered Pyongyang major aid programs in exchange for steps toward disarmament.

Japan’s economy rebounds to pre-pandemic level
