Ghana records 5 cases of Monkey Pox Disease


Ghana has recorded five cases of the Monkey Pox Disease. The country's health service says one of the cases was recorded in a Ghanaian who travelled to the United States of America from Ghana.

Inflation in many Eastern Europe countries hits double digits

Prices continue to rise across Europe, as inflation rates are skyrocketing.

Police say a 29 year-old driver was arrested at the scene.

Divided EU lawmakers vote down key parts of climate legislation

European Union lawmakers have voted down key parts of the bloc's climate legislation package, with a majority deeming compromise plans to reform the EU's carbon market as insufficiently ambitious.

Nigeria Sunday Attack: Catholic Church Confirms 38 Bodies In Its Custody, Says Other Corpses Picked By Family Members

38 persons have so far been confirmed dead by authorities at a catholic church in Ondo state, Southwest Nigeria after armed men invaded it on Sunday.

They say some families picked up corpses of their loved ones when the incident happened, and those cannot be accounted for by them.

Actor Matthew McConaughey urges gun control reforms in emotional speech at White House

Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey has been in Washington to campaign for action on gun law reform. 


He fought back tears as he spoke to reporters at the White House about meeting the families of the victims of the school shooting in his hometown of Uvalde, Texas.


Nineteen students and two teachers were killed when a gunman opened fire in their classroom.
