EU says agreement reached immediately to ban 2/3rds of Russian oil imports

The European Union says agreement has been struck by member states to end immediately two-thirds of Russian oil exports to Europe.

Additionally, Russia's enormous Sberbank is to be denied access to the SWIFT interbank messaging system…and three more Kremlin propaganda channels are to be banned from the EU.

The breakthrough came at an emergency EU summit in Brussels that was addressed by President Volodymyr Zelensky who spoke to leaders via video link.
