All Texas school shooting victims killed in same classroom

All of the 19 children and two teachers killed in Tuesday's shooting at an elementary school in Texas were in the same fourth-grade classroom, according to a state official. 


The majority of the victims are yet to be officially identified.

Pfizer to sell patented drugs to 45 lower income countries on not-for-profit basis

Pharmaceutical firm Pfizer says it will sell its patent-protected medicines and vaccines which are currently available in the US or EU on a not-for-profit basis to 45 lower-income countries.

Biden demands that US “stand up to gun lobby” after Texas school shooting

US president Joe Biden has demanded that the country "stand up to the gun lobby" following an elementary school shooting in the town of Uvalde, Texas that killed at least 18 students and 1 teacher. 


Police identified the suspected gunman as Salvador Ramos, an 18 year old local resident, who was shot and killed by police. The motive remains unknown.


It's the deadliest shooting at a US school since 20 children and six staff members were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut in 2012.

in the US state of Texas.

Police say the 18-year-old suspect is dead.

He shot the seven to ten-year-olds at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde.
