There are a number of hotly contested elections happening around the U.S on Tuesday, including in Arkansas, Alabama and Texas.

But primaries in Georgia are a particular test of support for former President Trump.

SUDAN REPUTATIONAL RISKS

Amazon plans to sublet warehouse space

UK household bills cap could increase by a further $1k a year

The cap on household energy bills in the UK could go up by a further $1k a year according to the country's energy regulator Ofgem.


Last month the cap was increased by around $865.


This latest increase could push millions more people across the country into fuel poverty.


Jonathan Brearley is the CEO of Ofgem and he told MPs that conditions have worsened in the global gas market because of the war in Ukraine.


That, he says, is a key reason for the rising cost of living in the UK.

Ukraine's Foreign Minister accuses Russia of stealing grain supplies

Ukraine's foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba has accused Russia of stealing grain and trying to sell it abroad.


The United Nations estimates that around 20 million tonnes have been prevented from passing through the Black Sea since the war began because of Russian blockades.

UK's Afghanistan Withdrawal A 'Disaster'

A damning report has concluded that the UKs withdrawal from Afghanistan was a 'disaster'.


The Members of Parliament who carried out the inquiry have criticised former Foreign Secretary Dominc Raab.


But they levelled most of the blame at a lack of leadership at the Foreign Office, and are calling for the man in charge to step down.

EU ministers mull alternative export routes for Ukrainian grains

Scientists says climate change made India's heatwave 30 times more likely

The deadly heatwave that has hit parts of South Asia in recent weeks was made 30 times more likely because of climate change, scientists have said.
