Musk says he will allow Trump back on Twitter

The soon-to-be CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk, has said he will reverse the
platform's ban of Donald Trump.

Musk called the ban on the former US president a "morally bad decision".

Musk indicates Trump will be welcomed back to Twitter

Biden defends his handling of inflation, calls Republicans "extremists".

US President Joe Biden has accused Republicans of planning to hold America's social safety net "hostage" in an effort to advance what he called an extremist political agenda.


He was speaking at the White House, defending his stewardship of the economy as opinion polls show most American voters souring on his handling of inflation.

Queen's Speech promises to grow British economy and cut debt

The British government has pledged to grow the economy, reduce debt and cut taxes at the state opening of Parliament.


The Queen's Speech set out the government's agenda for the coming year.


The Prince of Wales delivered the speech in the House of Lords after mobility issues prevented the Queen from attending.


Prince Charles outlined policies addressing the cost of living crisis and post-Brexit regulation, saying Britain will 'continue to seize' opportunities gained from leaving the European Union.


The government also promised to tackle the backlog of patients waiting for treatment through the National Health Service, and pledged its continued support for Ukraine.
