Torture Video circulating in Ethiopia

The United Nations says the first group of civilians evacuated from a Ukrainian steel plant besieged by Russian forces have now reached safety.

Ukrainian officials say the Russians have started shelling a besieged steel plant in the city of Mariupol where hundreds of civilians remain trapped.
The Azovstal plant has been the last bastion of Ukrainian efforts to resist a full Russian takeover of the city.
