Russia blames West for scuppering peace talks

Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov has accused the United States
and other NATO nations of sabotaging efforts to find a political
agreement with Ukraine.

The comments came in an interview with the Xinhua news agency.

Elon Musk sells $8.5B in Tesla shares since deal to buy Twitter
