Austrian Chancellor in Moscow for talks with President Putin

Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer is due to meet with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin for talks in Moscow. 

This makes him the first European leader to meet face-to-face with President Putin since Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
